As Jeremy said, you're virtually doing a loft conversion, so depending on footprint, could easily cost around ?30k for a basic fit-out...

But he is > playing the cards he dealt withy, by and large We'll probably never know the inner workings of the Wenger/Arsenal board relationship, but fair to say Wenger lost his main ally when Dein left. However it doesn't explain how Arsenal keep losing their best players. It's alright Arsenal fans whinging about them being mercenaries (let's not forget they mostly bought these players from other clubs...once a mercenary?), but most have genuinely left in order to have a better chance of winning something, as Nasri proved last season. With Utd and the financial millstone the Glazers brought with them, they could have easily been in a similar position. But unlike Wenger, Fergie is the glue that keeps the club together and has also continued to bring success despite the financial restrictions. Therefore to an outsider like me, it's not wrong to look at Wenger and say, well maybe his time is up, he's just lost his way. Arsenal is his vision, but it's now like the blind leading the blind. Wenger, like Fergie, has got to go one day, he can't stay forever. I can easily see Arsenal ending up like Liverpool, where they have to virtually start from scratch again...

Depends what they mean by mezzanine. I've seen a raised platform bed, with ladder, in a 12ft high ceiling room described as a 'mezzainine level'. If it was a proper mezzanine level, like what you get in old school conversions, ?3k might just about cover the cost of the Structural Eng's fees...

Before last night's emabarrassment, I had a sneaky feeling Arsenal wouldn't qualify for the Champions League, but would win the League Cup, thus papering over the cracks. Oh dear, I sense yet more revolting Gooners...

As you say, plenty of discussion in the footy thread, thereby it doesn't really warrant it's own thread...

Non-coupon it, I think it's from an early season game that got postponed...don't worry, there'll soon be the Christmas and New Year extravaganza...I think I'm going to be more busy than Santa's little helper

Ditto...if you use a hairdryer don't have it on a very high setting, too much heat could damage an internal component...

Cheapest solution would probably be an internal adjustable air vent grille. With one of these you can open them to let air in, otherwise you'll be back here in a year's time asking how to get rid of all the condensation... http://www.amazon.co.uk/Marley-white-interior-adjustable-screen/dp/B008H2U95E

If you do speak to them, you should also mention any loss of service you've experienced...I've had money back for my broadband going down.

My abiding memory of him is staggering blind drunk out of the Coach and Horses in Soho, and literally falling into the back of a black cab...not a bad way to be remembered :)

I've started self-harming after reading one too many of your posts, I guess that means you should refrain from ever posting on the forum again ;-)

maxxi Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Altogether now: "Same old Arsenal, always..." To be fair, there aren't many teams who haven't had one of their own players do something similar. However, I seem to recall a season or two ago, Wenger calling for players to be retrospectively banned for 3 games, if found to have clearly simulated diving/cheating...over to you Arsene. A cracking match at the Council House yesterday...come in BR, wherever you are :))
