  5. Yes it does Ant but it is also more visible to us elderly half blind drivers. I saw a bike which had this high viz tape on it and very successful it was too. Now bicycle lamps are so small you could have more than one, as they are very light weight and much brighter.

  7. Cook a pack of fat removed bacon, leave to cool and then cut into twiglet size. make a salad in a bowl. take growing cress and cut into dish, scramble egg and mix in cress. Place bacon twiglets on the salad, then the egg 'n cress on top of it all. and eat quite healthily, except for the bacon and the cholesterol of yolk;-)

  18. The way I started was doing it part time, and kept the meal-ticket full time job. When I found the full time job a pain to continue I quit and did my business full time. By this time I knew that survival was proven.

    Earth Hour

    Being a post war baby I was quite used to a spartan life, as we only heated and lit one room, we all read our books, ate, argued, and played in because it meant one fire and one bulb burning. I thought it might help to keep more money in more wallets Nero.
