Lost Black Cat Called Max - near Danby Streey SE15

I'm sorry to hear that, but it's also completely outrageous, you can't just take someone's cat if you feel like it, and the idea that there is a 'collection of cats'somewhere is disturbing, especially considering that my cat could be part of this collection...I would definitely get in touch with the police and possibly the useless RSPCA, it sounds like there is something very fishy going on...

I live in Grove Park, just above you, so I will keep an eye out...he may be in the park or you could try the wood next to Sainsbury's, but in all likelihood he will be back in a day or two. If he doesn't, it is worth trying SNARL, Celia Hammond and Cat's Protection but the RSPCA are f*cking useless...I speak from bitter experience, I lost my black cat a couple of years ago, but don't give up hope yet!

I have to agree with Rendelharris, what do you expect these people to earn? How much do you think Sky or ITV or any other company pays for their 'Stars'? What is more worrying is the disparity and the fact that women in general seem to be paid a lot less...and yet this must also happen at these other companies too, not just the BBC. TBH I am a little sick of the pearl-clutching of some of the right wing rags like the mail, whose main aim in life is to bag the 'straw man' BBC and everything it does on a 'daily' basis...and if you're going to talk about wasting tax payer's money, what about the ?6.2 billion we wasted on the 2 white elephant aircraft carriers that we don't need along with the potential hundreds of millions of pounds of hidden costs on top of that?

Codfellas is my local and very good it is too, they just had a refurb and have a nice little seated area, perfect!

So what did they think the original tweet would do, Mark? I am not 'stirring up disrespect', I am calling out a commercial organisation for a sh*tty, tasteless tweet about something which is a serious problem, which is exactly what this forum is for...idiot.

Brought to my attention by SNARL, this was tweeted by the twitter account of the Perryvale bar in response to a tweet about the cat serial killer: 'it's just a cat...#pussybashing They taste great with a pinot grigio !!' I can't believe that a respectable company (which also runs the Crooked Well) would tweet something like this, it's in extremely poor taste and I for one will boycott both the Perryvale and the Crooked Well. Clumsy black cat lost? The Gardens/Peckham Rye
Brulysses replied to RDelvin's topic in Lost, Found or Stolen
Hi, Is he big? and confident? does he meow/talk alot? I lost my big black cat Cosmo, over a year ago, it could be him...he is chipped so should be identifiable...he may of course belong to someone in the area, it may be worth trying to take him to the vet to read his chip if he's got one... Cheers Bruce -
Toxic air around local primary schools & nurseries

One good way is to get as many of your friends/colleagues/family to stop driving diesels, and maybe take up cycling or use less polluting forms of public transport...or even walk! -
they're harmless, and won't damage your property, just leave them be(e)...they're a good thing to have as it means you have a little biodiversity in your garden, so please don't kill them!

water, light and warmth (ie not being too cold) are the keys, but don't overwater and feed the plants occasionally with some liquid fertiliser...they short turn out fine as long as they are not Ficus, which are a pain in the butt to look after!

Hi, I know we've left this a bit late but I was hoping that there might be someone in the Camberwell/Peckham Rye/East Dulwich area who might be able to come in and feed our two cats over the xmas period, as well as empty litter trays (every other day?) and play with them a little. We would obviously pay for the service and like to be able to confirm the person is kosher etc The dates we are away are the 21st December to the 6th January. Many thanks Bruce & Bronwen
