    I have also noticed that on the rare occasions I get post, it is a different postie.. A parcel was sent to me by first class post on Tuesday but there has been no sign of it!

    I?m now missing two parcels. According to Amazon, one was delivered on the 11 th ( it wasn?t) and the second was posted first class a week ago.

    Nice Basher, that?s what I do too. I have never heard of returns via the sorting office.

    I?ve had two deliveries this week. Two parcels are missing and a letter which I needed to sign for ( it cost the sender a fortune in postage to ensure safe delivery) was shoved through my letter box. I was home at the time!

    Yesterday I got on a 185 at the beginning of its route at Victoria. It was so packed straight away that the driver couldn?t stop at any stops until we got to Vauxhall bus garage!

    Some deliveries were made by posties from Sheffield and Manchester. I saw a postie sort out the mail in his ?pram? and drop a letter. The person I was talking to ran, picked it up and handed it to him!

    My granddaughter temporarily lost her favourite monkey and was heartbroken so I suggested getting a second of any ?can?t manage without toy?... I?m so please your child has her toy back...

    bels123 says the team consists of two Police Officers and one PCSO. One of the two officers is leaving and, if I understood correctly, is not being replaced until January.

    I have just had two items of post delivered at 4 pm , the first postal delivery this week but still not the parcel Amazonclaims was delivered by RM two days ago.,

    I was at the meeting and bike thefts were discussed. It seems some don?t report these incidents so the police have no idea how often these things happen.

    JohnL, I now take parcels in for various neighbours and, like you, take them round. A great way of meeting the neighbours!

    Mind you, I took in a parcel for someone who had requested a redelivery for that specific day but wasn?t in fact in when the postie came with it. And it was at a ?normal? postal delivery time, not 6pm!
