Nothing has happened on PS3 game wise to make it attractive and the 360 continues to get teh bestcatalogue of games on the current generation. Games which exist on both consoles are for the most part slicker on 360 (Bayonetta - one of 2010 biggies is a massive case in point) in raw terms the PS3 SHOULD be better but if my 360 broke tomorrow I would just go out and buy a replacement. For once in my life I can afford the other main console but there is just nothing worth getting on PS3 (bar one or two marginal releases)

It would appear from curly's logic that my choices are a) a spectacularly random sequnce of events with such improbability as to be meaningless or b) Some "being" who has created "us" for... well, for what I'm not sure but the point is we need to look over our shoulders lest we be judged Hmmm - I'm still going for a) on this one curly

I had to sit at the Bloomsbury Theatre this week and watch Johnny Ball (Johnny f***ing Ball!!) lost the plot and rant (not argue or outline) but rant at how C02 emmissions were as nothing compared to beetle farts (or some such) FFS Between that and this thread I'm just not going to bother arguing anymore - it's absolutely pointless.

By saying "you can't say x and then go on to say y" I'm not forbidding anything - I'm saying it's not a consistent argument, that's all I'm not making any assumptions about you at all, so no need to put words in my mouth. Ed - can you convince Mockney to play Bipshock some more until the big reveal at least I agree with him that the gunplay is teh weakest aspect of the game and it flags a little before picking up for the reveal - but that moment is worth it alone...
