The point is it is not agricultural land ...definitely ...but I have read if we go to the ombudsman to appeal they always side with the planners ...so what do you do ...it is personal, we believe the planner has a dislike or had a run in with the architect we are using or the neighbours have a contact in the office to oppose it !!!

Planning was going through, now there is an about turn as a planning officer has sighted the land as agricultural and it has been proven that it is legally not ! But the officer has stated that in his opinion it is so that is that !!! Where do you go next as this appears to be a personal grudge rather than based on the facts !!! Help needed please ...
