Thanks for all your help now sorted. Barristers can be contacted directly. There’s loads on the Internet. I wanted a direct recommendation from someone who had used a particular barrister for a civil case, preferably local. it still seems to me weird that a solicitor, who prepares the entire defence, knows the case inside out, has to step back to allow a barrister to present the case even in a small civil hearing.

Why not use the Metropolitan crime map you can look up any months in the last few years, and find out what kind of crimes went on along that route. I did a random search, but I couldn’t find anything along Greendale itself. -

When it was previously up for sale there was mention of community use. But now I’m not sure how that changed. Roy Brooks was the estate agent then if I remember correctly

I always understood that the large detached house on the corner of Colyton rd & Forest Hill Road was part of the park and therefore had to be used for some kind of community use. It has been a nursery. Today on the market for £3000000. So does anyone know more about the change or the history?
