    modern boilers do not let any fumes back in the room. of course it needs to be regularly checked and have a carbon monoxide detector - landlords responsibility. but plenty of flats have them there.

    Yes it is, I know they've got to get a 3rd bedroom in to make them saleable but couldn't it be a loft room, not visible from the front.

    use the Rotherhithe tunnel, right on exit up Burdett road cut through on right up Campbell road then right, past bow church dlr station left onto a12, then m11, m25,A1. yes its miles longer but its my fastest route so far.
