Thanks everyone but have found someone now.

Can anyone recommend a cleaner with availability to do a one-off clean of a 4 bed house in East Dulwich, this coming Friday (10th Feb)? Very late notice I realise! Must supply own materials / equipment.

Can anyone recommend a mobile nail technician who can cover Forest Hill? Specifically needs to do fake (acrylic) nails. I've found lots of people who can do 'normal' manicures but not falsies. Many thanks

Thanks for all the replies on this. I think I have found someone now.

I have two elderly dogs that need walking/feeding on an ad hoc basis. I work from home mainly but have to be away from home for longer periods sometimes and that's when I need a dog walker. They only need a short walk round the park, some attention and fuss, and sometimes feeding. The walker must be patient and caring as one dog has a brain tumour and is very wobbly. ?15 paid per session. Many thanks

Just a wish...(there was a baby/pram/child free pub in ED)

Well said Curmudgeon. My parents owned a pub when I was young, and they used to take me to pubs as well. But I was expected to behave, and I knew that I was in an adult space, not my own home, and should behave appropriately. Running around, screaming, or generally disturbing other customers was not an option. I love the phrase 'look at me parenting' ! I know just what you mean. But this leads to a much wider debate about how far parents go these days not to curb any of their offspring's childlike behaviour. I feel it's gone too far and it won't do them any favours when they enter the real world, but what would I know?! Thanks to everyone who got in touch but I have found a walker now. I need a walker every weekday for a month (starting from now), for my 3 dogs. They are aged 11-18 so all old. 2 of them are deaf. One of them walks slowly while the other likes to pull, with one in the middle! So it's a bit challenging to walk them but they only need about half an hour. No other dogs on their walk please. I'm based near the swimming pool in Forest Hill. Early afternoons best. ?15 per walk. PM me if interested.

I'm in! Let me know details. Hope it's not a Wednesday!

Sounds great but is it really suitable for all ages and abilities or is it actually 20-somethings who are really great?! I'm 41 and was never brilliant at netball but loved it - would I be out of place?
