I don't believe that hypnosis exists - you don't enter a hypnotic state when hypnotised, you just believe that a hypnotist has some power over you. A hypnotist is going to tell you an approach to diet, a plan to exercise more and to give you techniques for sleeping. If you believe that hypnosis works and you are suggestive then during your session you may listen to what he's saying but a hypnotist is not a sleep expert or a diet expert or an exercise guru. If you want to exercise more, go to a personal trainer and sign up for six weeks. If you want to diet, research diets and choose one that suits you. If you want to sleep better, try to analyse what is preventing you sleeping or go to a doctor. Charlie
