    Just checked out their website and some of their stuff looks ok and they have things I would consider buying. Anyway we are stuck with it so that's that. Good luck to them!

    We went to Camden at the weekend and I do enjoy going now and again - actually bought a dress in the market but the main problem is that the shops/stalls all sell the same stuff! Once had a great night out at the Electric Ballroom so it would be a shame if it shuts (though I am now too old to frequent such places).

    We went to The Florence on Saturday evening (and bumped into a few forumites!) and I do quite like it. Though did think the bar service was a little slow. But a good alternative if you want a night out away from LL. Had meal in the 3 Monkeys afterwards which was delicious and well recommended.

    Am totally fed up with hearing anything about Diana quite honestly. They should respect her sons' wishes and not show the pictures if that's what they want. As for it being in the 'public interest' to show them - who wants to see them?? They are of no interest whatsoever to me. I will be watching 'The Apprentice' anyway...

    The Plough is a good idea - will it have reopened by then? At least we will still be in SE22 which should please our SE5 comrades...;-) But I also think it's good to try places outside of ED.

    I'm not sure why some people have been put off posting recently. Yes some people post a lot and some don't. I don't (mine are usually related to drink) but I still like to read what others have written. I hope some of the regulars haven't been put off by some of the comments here. But I also hope that everyone feels that they can comment freely when and if they want. Hope I am making sense, it is Monday after all.

    Thanks to all who turned up at the previous drinks at The Gowlett and great to see some 'newbies' as well. Next drinks are on Friday 6th July at Hoopers, 28 Ivanhoe Road, SE5. The landlord / landlady have been pre-warned that we will all be turning up :)-D Here's the map taken from the website: Jamie and Viv are putting on some light bites for us so we will be most welcome [edited once]
