As a teenager new in University I remember saying to someone "who are those creepy people over there" Someone said 'The Monday Club' and that's what I associate as the Authoritarian wing of the Tories :(

There's something rather socialist about her wanting to control borders and markets. http://www.newstatesman.com/politics/uk/2016/10/brexit-was-libertarian-dream-it-has-become-statist-one

They haven't got any negotiators. We were going to borrow some from Australia but .... http://uk.businessinsider.com/trade-negotiators-brexit-government-liam-fox-2016-10 Of course the Telegraph says the Aussies are coming (remember the EU have 600 experts) ?We are just starting to get in trade experts to work here. We have already brought in an expert, someone who has been involved in a whole series of free trade agreement negotiations,? Mr Downer said. ?We will reinforce that team with more trade experts should we get into a free trade negotiation.? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2016/10/08/australian-negotiators-arrive-to-begin-post-brexit-trade-talks/
  8. UK is a joke and won't be UK for long as I notice the second Scotland referendum is incoming. Will London go for it too - as once the UK is gone it's gone and we're in a different world.

  11. Brexit debate (no vote): "Nicky Morgan, the former education secretary, intervenes to quote the 2015 Tory manifesto saying "we say yes to the single market"."
  12. It's pretty obvious to me that the rules on Brexit are 1.Priority is controlling borders/movement of people. 2.Economy/free market/trade is best effort when the above rule is not broken. I may be wrong :)
  13. Said in todays PMQs "Angus Robertson notes that May put advertising vans on the streets "telling foreigners to go home". Will she confirm that the intention of her government is still to go ahead with the registration of foreign workers but we shouldn't worry because it'll be kept secret? May responds that Mr Robertson "should have listened" to previous answers and point-blank refuses to answer the question."

Devices connected to the internet in my flat: phone, tablet, xbox, ps3, tv, laptop. If I re list this in 5 years how many will be even if it's just for remote querying of a device if a problem happens - once they're on the internet central contol evolves anyway. IPv6 is the key probably.

    Clowns

I'm not scared of clowns but children can be, school whispers & rumours are terrifying (I remember some).
  17. It could be worse :)
  18. To busy with the chainsaw wielding clown - who turned out to be a rather stupid fresher. Vigilante Clown hunters the latest thing - I just laugh in their ugly faces or shout at them (and people don't like that as I'm loud)

  21. I remember sitting in the driving test center in Swansea with my instructor saying as the examiners walked out, you want this one, you don't want this one, you really don't want this one (I got him). Failed - Hesitancy.

    Clowns

I know there's a bit of history on clowns here but the whole thing seems to have got out of hand around the US and now the UK. The film IT is being remade next year and there's another called 31 about evil clowns so I was pretty sure at first all the sightings were a viral marketing campaign, but something else has happened. I've not seen any in South London.

  25. May can't lose She delivers hard Brexit and will continually say that's what the population voted for due to concerns about immigration taking preference over economics. If it fails, it was the people that wanted it, if it succeeds she did it.
