Camberwell Bakerloo extension looking unilkely
JohnL replied to Earl Aelfheah's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I'm disappointed in the spelling of disappointed :) A long way to go yet in that one - they may end up begging for the Camberwell-Peckham route. -

And Wales have the first OFFICIAL WARNING (ooh I'm scared) We brought in some players not in the squad but apparently we weren't allowed to http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/rugby-union/34345824

I'd just say "don't forget your pooper scooper next time" ... and don't jaywalk ;)

Some people use FAV to mark something they might sue for. and retweet to stop people deleting the post. Edit: Suppose it's best to say on your account Favs and Retweets do not signify endorsement.

Well Bishop facebook says "All RWC games shown here & to top it off you can get your mate a free Guinness!" Not sure what conditions are to get a free Guinness - maybe pay double for the first one :).

And 6 Nations EDT used to be one of the big London pubs to watch (was known as so on Wales rugby forums).

Its set off twitter something rotten though. Never seen so many pictures of pigs, miss piggy, peppermint pig etc. Lots of people tweeting World politicians (Merkel and Obama/POTUS) in too - wonder what they think. Imagine an Oink in a top level EU meeting.

Everybody finds it so funny - even George Osborn tried not to laugh when they asked him what he thought.

Yes - being single I sometimes forget about household income :). Still not sure if shared ownership (which I have) is social housing. I needed 40K min to get mine - and payout quite a lot per month. I think a review of shared ownership is happening this year.

We seem to have a lot of 1984 speak in the UK today :) I've really started noticing how people use words that are the opposite of what they mean.

Jeremy Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Ermmm... I don't think bankers are usually > eligible for the affordable housing programme. Shared Ownership seems to be 60,000 min salary for some developments (elephant for instance - if you include that in affordable housing) Canavans is part of Peckham "history" is the issue with closing them.

Twitter in meltdown and Sky making oblique references to pigs ears and ham. People laughing when they look at their phones on the train too.

Seems a mess all round. I heard it mentioned as Merkel went down the pub and invited everyone to hers for a party, then when they all came round she switched the lights off and hid in the dark.
