Carney has now said interest rates will be more dependant on wage growth. -
Surely it's not up to Celtic - they'd probably be punished if they made any offer. FIFA and UEFA can be quite nasty. Worth noting - It's not really fit for men (especially) to talk to or confront teenagers - for precisely the reason that they are still children. So most men are never going to confront or talk to these guys. Maybe he sees himself as that :) Stood right next to him on Rye lane on Saturday - he whistled at 2 girls and shouted 'right darling' in a real Delboy accent then asked a friend (never seen before) 'what's appening' - the reply 'nothing'. So true.

They turn on those who befriend them - seen that so many times ?? Don't bother, act mean, give them the SE15 frown. Then silently drum them out - through the gentrification process - and before you know it they've been forced to change. Edit: because the bad gangs have gone - gentrified out since the riots when society came down on them. aquarius moon Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > You may be surprised to learn that I have actually > visited a playground. > > I used to take my children there all the time on > the council estate where they were brought up. > (Not that long ago) > > Where the 14/15 year old wannabe gangsters all > hung out because they had nowhere better to go. > They were rude, abusive & threatening. To be honest you probably get more bang for your bucks going through the school if you want rid. Dirt in the face, making out you're going to be sick, shouting out 'excuse me officer' All these can work. When you pay by debit card and the inspector gets on - I assume the debit card chip now has additional technology to flash the inspectors tester green.

I guarantee you if a Waitrose opened in Rye Lane (okay it won't) it would be jam packed - and by all types of people.
