LOL thanks - I may take a walk. Got some lamb and a a small bit of beef - but it's not really the same although turkey does make me fall asleep - so it's tradition more than anything - and that I think large stores shouldn't sell out.
LOL I'm not going away - so I rang the complaints line and basically it's people buying to much - so there is panic buying going on and they didn't foresee it .:) Oh and the complaints line did say "Sorry" at least.
Well that was a disaster. They ran out of Turkeys yesterday, no Christmas type cheeses and quite a lot of empty shelves (but not fruit and veg - mostly meat). I still spent ?124 and another 30 buying a little Turkey roll and proper Christmas cheese in Marks & Spencers. The boys (teenagers) at the meat counter laughed at me and the manager more or less said it was my fault for leaving it until late and wouldn't give me any reductions ("why should I") - so I'm moaning to Sainsbury's Twitter/Complaints line - but that's what I always do because I'm selfish LOL - so pointless criticizing me for moaning on this one cos moaners moan at Xmas :) I wouldn't trust them on a special occasion going forward. Feel like F**k Xmas
If Boris gave way on fishing I'd say that was pragmatic if he got something back as it's a small part of the economy. The ERM and some others would say treachery and sellout.
Also integrity is almost defined by behaving as you say you do - if you don't have it you will be found out eventually. Those that do it on twitter are assumed to be paid - I remember a previous tory chairman actually mentioned they were setting up and paying a social media unit in about 2017 - I think it rebelled against Theresa May at some point.# Here's a report mentioning it https://www.ft.com/content/a61cd0b2-0ba4-11ea-bb52-34c8d9dc6d84 Would they see a local forum as worth bothering with - no idea :)

I don't watch BBC News any more - Maybe Sky News are reporting this differently - They're live at Dover. It's like no-one has thought what to do with those at the head of the queue at Dover. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/uk/army-testing-lorry-drivers-france-ease-travel-ban-b453253.html
I think the Jupiter Saturn conjunction has accentuated Saturn's influence. Saturn represents authority, discipline, hard work, labour and commitment. It's also about *** guilt ***, resistance and delay.

I think Admin can see IP addresses of posters - so the games up if they have the same IP all the time (of course users then claim they are flat mates and share an internet connection).

Maybe he can do Prime Minister as a sideline.
Don't Amazon just act as a store front - so technically if you have too much of something you can sell it via Amazon. (just checked and this is just part of Amazon called "Amazon StoreFronts - but of course Datacenters are being replaced by AWS - so the whole thing is much bigger than just retail) I used Amazon when it sold computer books and nothing else mind. I remember how they destroyed the rest of the technical books market in the mid 90s then just took that model and started elsewhere.
Last year Tescos were staggering the display of meat (bringing new ones out every hour or so) It's sometimes worth loitering or checking back - in a Covid safe manner :)
"True sovereignty is reflected not in the power of making laws ? as a legal definition would have it ? but in the ability to control outcomes and respond to the fundamental needs of the people: what John Locke defines as their ?peace, safety, and public good?.[3] The ability to make independent decisions does not guarantee countries such control. In other words, independence does not guarantee sovereignty." https://www.ecb.europa.eu/press/key/date/2019/html/ecb.sp190222~fc5501c1b1.en.html
