In my experience the anti biotics take 1-2 days to kick in. I'm on my 3rd lot of mastitis but your case sounds worse than mine, although I seem to have managed to get it in both boobs. If it were me I would keep going with the massage etc and then all again on Monday. But go with your gut instinct. If there is no improvement then you need to get further help.

Hi, If you are thinking of trying real nappies the Eco shop on lordship lane has a few brands, including tots bots which I personally rate. I think it's called Karavan and it's by the crossing nearest the police station / whatever road. Just thought might be useful to be able to look at a few in person! and I would have liked to before I started buying (I got most of mine online and the rest second hand off the forum) They take the real nappy vouchers too. Xxx
