Is it my imagination or is Dog excrement becoming an increasing feature of the streets of E.Dul? Could it be that the "Chav's" who are roaming the streets with their Staff. Bull Terriers are just to hard/cool to clear up after their Dog fouls the pavements? What can be done?

I say that anyone found in the possesion of guns should automatically be sent out to the front lines of Iraq, where they will be able to play with Real guns and understand what its like to be on the receiving end too!
