You're right Steve T - that's what I'm doing in most rooms but living room and hall are being sanded. Thanks WMTD have 5 litres of Bonakemi mega being delivered tomorrow...

What's the best finish to use on freshly sanded wooden floors? Wax? Oil? Varnish? Any recommendations gratefully received...

Could you tell me what age range B&S is aimed at? Sounds great.

Eggshell? Matt? Gloss? I know it's pretty subjective but just wondering what the current trends are? And also any recommendations for specific colours? I notice there's a lot of Farrow & Ball type greens and greys out there.

Thanks for taking the time to get back to me trinity. Great to hear your positive experiences. One more quick question: bearing in mind my daughter has a June birthday, will she be there 1 year or 2???.

Just wondering what your experiences are. I can't help thinking that girls must be at a (slight) disadvantage in a schooling system that's ultimately geared towards boys? Any insights gratefully received.

Google their website for full details but off the top of my head they're 9.30am on a Tues and Thursday morning and meet just inside the Gallery entrance of Dulwich Park. Think there's also a couple of Sat morning classes too.
Thanks for the info by the way. Am going to give it a whirl.

Just wondering how hardcore the classes are...?
-
Thanks - just called them. Looks like we're good to go.

Thanks Katie P. Was it a nightmare getting on a course - in my experience most swim classes seem really booked up.

Just wondering if anyone can recommend good local activities (ED, CP, FH, Peckham) for my boisterous 2 year old? Am thinking along the lines of swimming classes (though not sure where's best) and Beanie Bounce...
Any tips gratefully received.

Thanks for the last 2 posts - both sound very promising. Will get on the net and do some research. Much appreciated.

I've managed to get my daughter in both for September. Been to see both and just can't make my mind up. Can anyone help swing it one way or the other?
Any thoughts gratefully reeceived.

Lorraine - did they have toddler entertainment/creches.. that type of thing?
-
You mean you booked it 4 days before you flew out - a last minute type affair?
-
Yes, I was thinking the same thing. God love the internet...
-
Thanks everyone - you've been a great help. Lots here to keep me busy.

What company did you go with Fuschia? And was it expensive?

Has anyone got any experiences of all-inclusive Mark Warner type holidays (though not MW prices, maybe more like Thomson)? I've never done anything like this but as my daughter is now 2, I'm thinking she might appreciate Kids Clubs and my boyfriend and I would certainly appreciate some time off to chill out on beach/by the pool/go out for dinner...that kind of thing. I'm thinking Tunisia/Greece/Turkey - somewhere that's still relatively warm in early October.
Let me know if you've done it and what you thought. Thanks....
