I am in nunhead and tried several insurance companies and none would cover subsidence without even mentioning trees. Any know an insurance company that does cover it in SE15?

I think the Bermondsey cheese is actually welsh and just matured in Bermondsey. There is however a cheese made in Brockley along with the Brockley brewery and another brewery in Peckham.

traffic through East Croydon from ED early morning
scotlander replied to meadow408's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I drive to Crawley quite often and go through croydon town centre then cut across to purley. If you leave ED before 7am then you should miss the traffic. Leaving at 7.30am will se you stuck in purley, coulsdon, caterham area for a very long time. -
I managaed to get hold of Jeff Latouche (07956 162238) who came round within 10 minutes and had the problem fixed.

I also need one, if you find anyone who can come out today or tomorrow let me know. Cheers -
I was also there on tuesday for the first time and thought it was excellent. The selection of drinks is one of the best anywhere, great choice of beers and spirits as well as the wines. The food was all delicious - i had the pea and egg dish and could have ordered it over asnd over again. I will be going back frequently

DSL-UK put a dampproof course in for us a couple of years back and were very tidy, efficient and reasonably priced. -
Yes, I live in a flat where southwark are the freeholder - its a 2 flat building as well.

In my experience its a good thing - the service charge covers buildings insurance and a lot of repairs and seems reasonably priced.
