    Hello

Hello Bounty. There is still an epidemic of pregnant women in the ED area that makes this area unique. I have just been holding a friends new baby boy. Welcome to the forum.

I wonder if you will be asking for lessons on cybersex next. :P
  4. It is a yearly contract that's why the fee should stop. It should be made illegal to try and make them pay up again after one year.
  5. Very good indeed. I like your style, Wolf.
  6. The manager on shift should have said something polite but maybe the mother changed the nappy so quickly that the manager didn't have a chance to say anything domi? It is a great wine bar and eaterie though, don't let that put people off. Hopefully it's just a one off and this doesn't cause a stink.
  7. Estate Agents fees are an absolute rip off for both landlord and tenant. The smaller firms are not so expensive though and they don't have as many charges. Sorry you have been burned like this Keef, you never tried Daisylets one of the sponsers of this forum either Keef?
  8. Woof, pipe it down now or we will spank you on the nose.

He wins. Next time though you will be coming along to the drinks, we will be knocking at your front door too . Look out for that 'knock'.;-)
  10. AllforNun, you are a top business man for saying that.
  11. KK, did you take a deep breath when you made that post? Well done. It seems that people are not liking the idea of this crossing and i am guessing most here are residents. The questionnaire talks about asking residents and business owners. Are there any business owners out there that would care to add to this discussion? You know who you guys are. Come on.
  12. depends on the landlord, Keef.
  13. Keef, why didn't you come and speak to me? i could have found you a good deal, i did for your cousin.
  14. Whether he is fictional or not tell Nigel to slow down when approaching that zebra crossing, otherwise you lot will be banging your heads on the ceiling...
  15. They are saying just a normal one, raised though. Some people are thinking that the council are doing this as they must spend the cash by their end of year. Whichever the case may be, the issue is here and must be dealt with. People must vote. Keef has a good point, traffic lights at the East Dulwich Grove section may help too. edited to say Grove not Road
  16. Allfornun, what is wrong with you today. Why do you want to talk down the rental market?

This has been on the cards for a while now. The council has sent out consultation questionnaires to residents and businesses in the area so you should be receiving them this week. Won't it be fun to see that crazy 185 bus driver speeding over that raised zebra crossing, don't forget to hold on tight.
  18. The council are asking residents and business owners on their opinion on having a new zebra crossing outside Somerfield and raising the ends of roads from Chesterfield down to the roundabout to reduce speed on the side roads. They also are asking whether the crossings at the roundabout should be refurbished. All of this would improve safety when crossing and improve safetey for cyclists but one of the schemes could affect the buslane. Good news for the elderly and parents with buggies. LL can be very tricky to cross, i'm not sure about how many fatalities there have been to warrant this but personally i think the whole plan is a good idea. It's not good news for Somerfields and shops on the strip as parking places would be lifted and could have a negative impact on businesses and shopping (Hugue, jump in any time i am waiting for you).:) A crossing is overdue along that strip in my opinion.
  19. Hey charlies, we go way back don't we and you know we won't be too competitive. Bring it on...

    Which Flick?

We drove down to the Odeon at Charlton to see Slumdog as the cinema there is far better quality than Peckham although i do support Peckham multiplex moreso. This movie is absolutely excellent. Good acting, good story, emotional, shows how kids in the slum grow up in India and is funny too. Personally i would give it a ten out of ten. (tu)
  21. Dry skin and you don't even drink Chuff, must be the cold weather. Miles, how could i not turn up when i had an italian dude and a friend at my doorstep, couldn't say no to that now.:-S. It was a good night last night, nice to see local people that i knew at the drinks. The sunken area was reserved for the edf that made mingling easy. The service was great, and Angela provided food for the forumites which was a nice touch. ( Best customer service awards for the Black Cherry ADMIN?).
