I would not go with Br Gas, they ripped me off big time and said i was in a contract when i was not, they apparently had sent out the paperwork which i never received, my bill had almost doubled they realised their mistake then let me go. You could always check out www.utilitywarehouse.co.uk

hi Carrie and Claire, have a look at your bills, how much are you paying per killowatt hour for electricity and gas?
  5. Hey Sean, i think i may have said this before, did you know there is a gigantic sign above your new signage saying 'acquired for expansion'... as acedout point out though it makes sense to own the freehold and not pay rent . Do you know what is going on in your old lettings building? Come on...:)
  6. Now that Ludlow lettings have moved up into their new premises by filmnight, what is to become of the old Ludlow building. There is alot of work going on in there. Anybody?
  7. excuse me but isn't there already a gym up there? The hamlets?
  8. nice one Hugue, if that were the case investors would be making lots of money in this time....:)
  9. Hi Allfornun, I have some thoughts on this. If a Victorian property is to be split into smaller units then it should be done properly, in terms of services, sound/fire proofing etc etc. I have come across many bodge jobs that have been put on the market, when looking around, and things should be done properly via planning and building regs. It IS ashame that these properties are broken down however i would be amazed to find a Victorian property worth buying in order to split it even in this climate. ED prices are still expensive....Unless somebody knows otherwise...Estate agents ?
  10. Maybe this post should go to the WDF, Threshers on Park Hall Road in WD has closed and Wine Rack have fitted it out and put their signs up as of today....
  11. Fellow forumites, Threshers will not close if everybody supports them and helps them to hit better sales targets i reckon. It's a good store and the staff are great. They need to sort out a few price issues that are not competitive with Somerfields though.
  12. ask Seanmlow, he could tell you, but he never answers his emails....
  13. ...but i thought Co-op bought Somerfields not Waitrose?
  14. Snorky, you really know your stuff regarding this...
  15. If someone is going around setting up screws under peoples tyres then maybe someone *is* making good money out of this. Definetly can't be the old tyre shop next to Franklins as this is still going on (if it's the case).
  16. Just out of interest what nationality *is* Lozzloz? I thought he was Italian?
  17. Sean, you will be changing office soon i guess so you won't have that problem on your doorstep anymore. How is the *expansion* going? That's what the board says above the office anyway. The hole in the wall that the builders have made is very impressive i must say. You must get me their number. Ta
  18. Hey Sean and Sean, I have had 3 flats in the last 18 months at ?200 a pop....run flat tyres. I get along very well with my neighbours and screws have been found imbedded in the tyres, perhaps it is just that there is so much building work in the area and it's just coiincidence.
  19. but tillie sure knows how to bore them.
  20. geez, and theres me thinking admin was the preacher :-S
  21. and admin is still the preacher
  22. I think Belle should lend MW74 her cat for a couple of days.....just in case.
  23. Pigeon pie bon3yard? (tu)
  24. I agree with Mark about the toilets. Toilets should be kept clean and looked after. The troubadour have an interesting concept when it comes to toilets, one area split between ladies and gents. It is one of the Prince's drinking grounds though.
