  1. This was last weeks FitFunBootCamp For tomorrow Boxing: A balance of pad-work, body weight exercises and functional movement.   2. If you are a Personal Trainer in and around Dulwich and looking to rent studio space, our private facility is available for hire. We are currently on a recruitment drive for talented personal trainers with an existing client base. We are also looking for newly qualified trainers to take on some of our referrals. Our goal is to develop working relationships in which dedicated personal trainers can feel encouraged to rent the space and grow or add to a client base. Therefore in terms of rent it is entirely negotiable. As a guide we are happy to start on a sliding scale from as little as ?100 for newly qualified freelance trainers for the first month, as a perfect opportunity and avenue into the industry. Our hourly rates are extremely competitive at ?10 per hour part time. This is to enable you to build your business into a solid client base without the worry of making huge rents at the end of the month, something typical of mainstream gyms. The facility is a large, spacious and dynamic environment to work in and has everything you could possibly need to get your clients into great shape. The studio is suited to one-to-one personal training as opposed to your standard London gyms which are often overcrowded, leading to time wasted waiting to use the equipment.   3. Because some prefer a more flexible option to having a membership and would like the opportunity to join group exercise on an ad-hoc basis we have a credit system. This essentially means that you 'pay as you play'. Once you purchase your class credits 5 or 10 you then take up your sessions only when you attend.

  20. Very sad to announce that our evening FitFunBoxing sessions have now concluded for the year. We?ll be back again in 2015. I?d like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to everyone who has attended any of the evening sessions throughout the year. Thank you and hope to see many of you in the New Year.

Plus with new functional training apparatus such as battle ropes and concept ll rowers which the previous studio on Overhill road could not host. But there will still remain a very personal feel to your 1-2-1 workouts with me as there will not be masses of members taking up all the space. Whilst training with me you will not have to suffer a crowded gym and your exercise sessions will continue to facilitate your personal training goals in the most bespoke manner.   22. The majority of weight loss approaches typically tend to look more at exercise programming, how much exercise and/or how often for example. There is also plenty of emphasis out there on the intricacies of a diet plan and its relative effectiveness for your weight loss ambitions. But less if any attention is given to behavioural aspects of weight loss in relation to the way it interacts with the above. I believe instrumental to much of my success and experience working with many people over the last 14 years towards their exercise goals is down to an understanding and appreciation for the fact, that if 'eat less move more' was as 'black and white' to implement for the masses as the analogy suggests then weight loss would be easy.
