Another recommendation for Jon. He cleaned the windows of our flat and steam cleaned the carpets - all done to a fantastic condition. He was punctual, and stayed long enough to ensure everything was done thoroughly. He also offered to drop my flat key back to me at my house a couple of miles away so that I didn?t have to wait. Just wanted to add to these messages - Dave and his team have just finshed work on our flat and we?re delighted with the results. We had a short time frame because we had new tenants moving in, so Dave and his team worked over the weekend to get it ready (sat and Sunday). Dave also spotted some work we needed doing so was able to call in a roofer last minute to help. This is the 4th time we?ve worked with Dave and I would definitely recommend him and his team - consistently high standards at very good prices. Maurice did an excellent job today fixing the shower in our flat, we texted him late in the evening and he responded within 5 mins. He was around early the next day and fixed the job within 10 mins after going to get parts. He was so helpful, polite and really reasonably charged, would 100% recommend him.

I just wanted to recommend Dave Franklin from Berdec Decorators. We were moving and renting out flat out in East Dulwich over the Christmas period so needed painting throughout at the last minute. I saw Dave's number on the East Dulwich Forum and he was the first person to reply of all the people I tried and he came to meet me that day to look at the flat. He was the most flexible of all the people I spoke to and made time to get the work done quickly. The painting he did was fantastic and he didn't compromise on quality (despite the fact that we needed the work done so quickly).
