Dear Dulwich Fox (nice name by the way) I'd already decided after having read the info from helBel65's suggested link that all this is somewhat beyond me as I'm not great with computers and will probably end up messing up my internet access completely, hence my need for a computer tech. I might try sending another post tomorrow with that description in the heading. Thank you for your efforts though.

Already tried that but as 'Ask' doesn't appear as a programme so can't uninstall it. There must be some computer techs in East Dulwich!
