I second this. Paul and James are scum bags, liars and rip offs. These people give the rest of us honest decent tradesmen a bad name and I have perps ally witnessed them conning and abusing customers and their workers alike, including being ripped off personally. The owe me ?3500, not a gargantuan sum but for a young guy starting out, which I was back then, it was a crushing ordeal. They told me they had folded so could not pay what they owed and I would urge anyone who comes accross either of them to immediately call cowboy builders and expose these rats

Hi Matthew Removing the radiator can inject a certain amount of air into the system but it wouldn't block every rad. One or two may be in need of venting or on certain older F&E systems cause an air lock but normally it would not affect every rad. you were just unfortunate in that you carried out works on the system and therefore received some blame to an already (seemingly) present issue. Hi. In response to your message, if a certain section of your underfloor heating is not working then it would be something quite minor.the fact that some or most of it works indicates it's at the manifold it's self or within the pipe work. So it would either be partially air locked, the actuator for that zone is faulty or is stuck or your flow meters for that zone are restricted down. Happy to have a look for you. Open both valves on either side of the radiator fully by turning them anti clock wise. If this doesn't work then you will probably require a new set of valves. (Thermostatic and lock shield)
