Personal trainer recommendation - Gokay
Jack.asiliman replied to Jack.asiliman's topic in Request a Tradesperson
Gokay is great and offers a combination of diverse training methods which keeps you interested and motivated throughout your sessions. His personalised sessions are challenging yet achievable. I can't recommend him highly enough. -

The New Cherry Tree On Grove Vale
Jack.asiliman replied to Zak's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
We liked it too. A really good menu and it is reasonably priced. -
It is really dreadful and seriously worrying. Everyone must keep registering their complaint as that is the only way anyone will look into this. The trouble is there is such a shortage of doctors surgeries that they will continue to keep registering new patients as the old leave so keep registering complaints please for all our sakes.

I left a message too and they returned my call a week later. Not very impressed, there should be some kind of notification for patients.

Has anyone ever owned a share of a racehorse :)
Jack.asiliman replied to Mick Mac's topic in The Lounge
Goodluck and just think, you could end up like the Grand National winner. He is a GP by trade and has shared ownership I think in a few racehorses! -

Could you not go directly to an Apple Store? If you have a good household insurance, it should be covered under that, mine was.

Looking for a cheap personal trainer
Jack.asiliman replied to YummyMummy01's topic in Request a Tradesperson
Hi Lauren I can recommend Gokay. You are right. There are many trainers around and their prices vary. I tried a few cheap personal trainers before(around ?20-?25 an hour) but believe me it was waste of time and it can be very frustrating as well. With Gokay, you get the results. Before I started training with him, he met me to discuss my goals and it was a pretty detailed consultation. Also he is not that expensive. Whatever you decide to do, good luck! -
Do you know when Downtown Abbey is going to start again? The christmas special was great!

Is it free parking on Saturday's?
Jack.asiliman replied to Juness's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Also 3d google maps show you the streets, so you can check the area much quicker if you don't want to drive around! -
I know there are a lot of personal trainers out there. If you are looking for an accredited trainer who has loads of experience and affordable, Gokay is a great one. His website is http://www.yourlocalpersonaltrainer.co.uk/ I have achieved what I wanted to achieve with his help. Now, trying to maintain it although he keeps pushing me!! Jack
