You could try a few or all of the following depending on what works for you and in accordance with your doctor's advice: Stop drinking milk. Especially cows's milk. I cut milk out, still have some good cheese and quality butter now and then, and nice cream with desserts etc. but stopped drinking milk and switched to oatmilk. Felt better quickly and lost a little weight. Cherry pills. They sell these on Lordship Lane. Seem to be good for joints. Cut down on coffee or cut it out completely. Alkaline herbal tea. Available on LSL and helps a lot, I reckon. Makes you wee but worth it. Swapped this for coffee. Have long baths with good salts. Try wearing or not wearing socks in bed, wear different shoes every day and always take them off soon as you're home. Sleep with the window open. Look into acupuncture. I was dubious and now swear by it. If you drink alcohol then cut down or stop. Consider the different types of iron in different foods and make sure you're getting the right type of iron - this probably means avoiding lots of oysters and venison, for example! Love them but they're just for more occasional treats these days. Good luck!
