    Hi my two cats are insured with Animal Friends had no problem last year when I claimed ?800 for one who needed surgery minus excess but paid promptly. BUT I dont know the limit of cover or conditions

    I found it really annoying to have to pay for treatment up front --before receiving any treatment! Checked with BDS and a dentist is entitled to do this. What if I die before receiving treatment I asked -- " you can claim a refund" I was told!!!! Have changed dentist
