  2. You should also direct your question and request to the director of housing [email protected]. Cc. Chief executive. Pointing out you are unable to receive any proof. All written proof of requests will endorse your case and help should you have to go to the LVT

At the end of the day it will come down to a legally documented agreement or not, as the case may be. Petitions will not override legal leasehold or rental agreements. What agreement in writing do they have?

Why such long waits? Do they not have enough Doctors or would that cost too much?

What has not been mentioned is the Dutch system has evolved over many many decades. Most Dutch cities are no where near as busy as greater london. Also the Dutch are more considerate of others unlike here.

    Sergio's

New shops in Dulwich Village Published on Tuesday, 12 November 2013 11:06 Increased competition has meant that Sergio?s, the delicatessen in the Village, is no longer. However, all is not lost as the lease has been assigned to another deli operator and the new shop should open in the next few days, a team of shopfitters are working to make it ready sometime this week. Last Updated on Tuesday, 12 November 2013 11:06 Dulwich Society One out another in. Life goes on

You will be surprised just how quick they respond. All inquirys are logged and have a time limit in which a response is required. No Council Officer likes getting such a request which is flagged to managers Any charge ask for a complete break down. dont take no for an answer The LVT is a last result

The whole area is a pit and needs a full revamp. It may be trendy at the moment until the hipsters or what ever people are called etc move on and then we the local residents are left with something we have been trying for years to improve. We will be left with the dross yet again. The area always had soul. I have to admit the scrap yard does add a bit of class From Rye Lane to Bellenden road the triangle needs removing. Look at the area without out the trendy rose tinted glasses.

Does this apply to Iceland when it was called slumlike. Or does it only apply to indy shops?

As DavidH discribed it as SLUMLIKE on another thread surprised H &S have not closed it before. Maybe busy with other trendy LL shops? Perhaps the happy staff have helped to keep it open.

I dont find Iceland slumlike in fact it is very clean and very acceptable as a shop. Please explain why you find it slumlike. Or is it because you live in a far different world to other people
  22. "But a park clogged with cars is undesirable for all park users, so proposals to limit them are worth considering." People seem to forget or have no idea that Dulwich Park had parking all round the perimeter road in past years until it was restricted to just the Dulwich entrance and the small car park. It has all ready been considered and a workable and lasting solution has been provided. Dulwich park is not clogged with cars. So not sure why this is being considered. Would love to see tired old and young children, bikes, dogs and toys etc etc being taken on a bus or walking for 30 minutes after a days expedition to the local park or one reached by travel
  23. "The surrounding streets are best bet and will be the natural plan B for those that drive and don't want to be constrained in how long their day at the park lasts." And then they will become CPZ producing more nconvience to all but best of all MORE FINES
  24. rahrahrah Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > What is this in response to? Has a problem been > identified and if so, how? There does seem to be a great interest in changing and enforcing things in Dulwich Park, is there an agenda we should be made aware of. Or is it the park is slowly being being made available to only immediate Dulwich residents. Keep the rif. raf out. Appears everything Southwark is now doing comes down to producing fines. Oh to go back to my youth when the park was open and free. When you could row all round the lake. Anyone remember that era, playing pirates and falling in?
