I highly recommend Andy, I called him after being let down by others, seeing posts on here I thought I’d give him a call and I’m so glad that I did. I had leaks coming through from upstairs bathroom into the kitchen. One particular leak escalated very quickly near light fittings. And in a household with small children and elderly parents I needed help quickly! He was at my house within the hour. He started investigating and fixing the issue and offered complete reassurance throughout. He came back following day to complete the job which wasn’t straightforward. Andy just got on with the job in hand until he was satisfied everything was fixed and made sure we felt safe in the house. After-care service very reassuring -100%!! I’ve tried numerous times to book a bulk rubbish collection but when I go to the payment section I keep getting an error message every time. Has anyone booked a collection in the last few days and did the payment all go smoothly? thanks!

There is usually loads around local schools, have seen on regular basis outside Harris and around Heber. And it’s probably deliberate! There is no thought to the kids who are cycling/scooting/running to the gates! It’s disgraceful and pure laziness!

We used to go to mensaab on LL regularly but their hygiene rating has totally put me off. Haven’t been there for months now.

There used to be and still is a lot on our Road especially by trees or in the middle of the pavement. I got fed up navigating the buggy and small child around it all. I contacted the council many times. They’d come and clean up the mess within a day or two but then more appears. What really annoys me is dog owners who deliberately let their dogs poo on the pavements around schools. The amount of children I see on a daily basis walking/running through poo or riding scooters/bicycles through. It’s absolutely disgusting!

We had Jon and his team around again today to clean the gutters. They did a fantastic job, very prompt, friendly, professional & reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Jon and his team. Thanks again!

Basically I’ve got a fair few bits to get rid of; broken hoovers, old cooker, high chair etc… I’ve looked at the website and I see for a fee you can book a date for the removal to take place as long as you leave everything out the front. Has anyone used this service recently, did the council removals team actually come on the day you booked? I really don’t want to put everything out front (from the garden) just for it to sit there for weeks. Thank you

We had Fernando come over today and do some jobs in the garden. Very happy with his work. Our garden looks a lot better too! As always Fernando is very punctual, professional and polite!
