  1. Yes. I live v close by to you- I've had 2 screws in 4 months. There is one in my tyre as I write this which I need to get changed next week. Annoying as it is an expensive undertaking I thought the first was bad luck, but twice in 4 months is a bit much!
  2. To add to this, we used RJS for some work in 2013 and it was a high standard. Sounds like some people have had some negative experiences but in order to balance this out a bit worth noting that ours was absolutely fine
  3. We were there last Saturday and had a great night- really good food and great service. Whatever people thought of the old name, ultimately it is a group of people trying to make a go of a business, which takes a lot of guts and is no easy thing to do. I find it really weird that anyone would take pleasure from feeling responsible for forcing a name change on somebody in those circumstances but there you go My advice to anyone on here would be to let the food do the talking and if you were one of those who hated the previous name, please put your pitchforks down and trying giving the place a go And if your idea of a great meal out on the town is a vindaloo and a bottle of cobra, it simply isn't your kind of place so don't bother
  4. That said, the food must be pretty amazing if they robbed you twice but you still went back for a third time?
  5. You would do really badly on The Apprentice if you ever entered it
  6. We had the same problem with him last year and I would also suggest avoiding
  7. KFH don't have any game, I would always go for Winkworth, no doubt
  8. It's a v big site they will make a decent return on it no problem
  9. Just sounds like a couple of young people trying to make a go of a pub to me, which these days is no easy thing to do. Even by EDF standards I'm surprised there are so many negative people on this thread. DulwichFox needs to check himself
  10. Doesn't it affect the sale of a property if the seller has to declare that they have had a dispute with a neighbour? I thought that type of thing had to be declared when a property is sold? If so, perhaps suggest this to your landlord and ask him/her to soundproof your flat if possible to avoid this Maybe do that, and then as has been said already perhaps put rotting fish etc through her letterbox the next time she goes away for 2 months
  11. Pliers from Chaka Demus and Pliers. I used to talk him all the time
