Have you previously attended a beginners pilates class before, only to realise that many of the others have been attending classes for six weeks or more and feel a bit lost in the language and movement of pilates? Many of my enquiries say this has been their experience. Therefore, Pilates Form will be offering 'Absolute Beginner' courses suitable for men and women from the age of 16, who have never, ever, ever done pilates before! The classes sizes will be limited to 12 per class allowing more time for personal instruction. The first 7 week course will be available from the beginning of February 2015, weekday mornings in East Dulwich and Dulwich Village. INTRODUCTORY OFFER PRICE ?70. Hello Pilates in pregnancy is beneficial in helping with postural changes, improving pelvic floor function, supporting the back and pelvis which is important due to the effect of your growing baby and pregnancy hormones, as well as helping to release tension and improve circulation. The small, friendly classes in East Dulwich are run in blocks of four and they are suitable for women in their second and third trimester (with no contraindications) and offer adaptations to exercise during pregnancy. The next four week course starts on TUESDAY 10 FEBRUARY, 8.15-9.15pm.
