Just wondering if all drs waiting areas still shut , I got very distressed when visiting mine , as it was pouring down 8 of us waiting in car park to go in , personally I was ok but got talking to a lady with breast cancer , who had came to see nurse as She had infection after surgery , she had arrived early as was using public transport and was in rain for at least 30 mins , I was seeing a dr so I couldn?t offer her my time slot :( . This has played heavily on my mind . Wrote a complaint to surgery as they have a good size waiting area empty , all I got was because of Covid .

Please can anyOne advise if they are having issues with EE . I?m continually getting call failed , and bad reception. EE said no problems in area , but obviously they can see I?m getting 15% drop calls . What network is good around se22 Se5and Se15 thanks in advance

They are levelling up junction and wider pavements , safer for pedestrians apparently.

Accident waiting to happen here , happened to myself and husband same place . Imagine it being a child coming round corner 😩

Any one know who I can contact concerning the amount of cyclists and motorcycles riding on pavements rather than follow division. Twice this week I?ve been confronted dangerously by them, , especially ones coming round corner on Adys rd onto Oglander. More kids are going to be about next week with schools back , I fear a accident will happen . I?m that angry my arm will definitely be going out next time and I?ll knock them of bike , makes my blood boil .Deliveroo drivers one of main culprits 😩

Open public toilets I say -
Just a heads up , you now have to q with shoppers to just collect a prescription. I understand reasoning, as some were using as excuse to avoid queue 😩and spoilt it for genuine ones that just needed prescription. Chemist for me from now on 😊.

Anyone know where I might get some . Project rainbow wall , obviously when I go on my weekly shopping trip

I went yesterday at 4 queued for about 40 minutes, trolley handles were sprayed with disinfectant no eggs but loads of Easter ones .or tins , quite calm and everyone keeping distance. Staff very unhappy but I appreciate and appauld them . I have not stockpiled at all , a little upset when they took meat away from me at till . I was hoping to shop for week main meals but was told only 3 meats. Which I totally understand just means more visits out :( .think I going to give it a miss after shopping there for years and use corner shops . Great to see staff have screens but definitely need cheering up. It?s difficult times a happy face helps . When crossing the road to distance on pavement I have adopted the habit of saying morning etc , and its nice to have a reply back , makes it a friendly social distancing 🤣🤣

So silly to panic buy , I?d actually run out of loo rolls and went to 3 shops before I could buy some 1 pk of 9 I should add 🤣.and if things get bad a shout out on this lovely forum I?m sure someone would come to your rescue . Stay safe wash hands after every trip out . I wondered why the panic buying of toilet rolls apparently they are saying after hand washing dry with disposable tissue not towels.

Man alone in Dulwich park playground (Lounged)
twinhunters replied to fleothecat's topic in The Lounge
A lone man sitting in a park shouldn?t be a problem but sadly in this day and age it?s best to air on side of caution . Look what happened to young boy in burgess park .if it?s a bylaw he shouldn?t be there end of , plenty of places to rest elsewhere in park . Op only says she was uncomfortable which is right , we have to be aware of surroundings ,it?s some people?s comments that don?t help , I?m a older lady and wouldn?t sit in a child?s play area without kids , there is no need when plenty of places in park to be . -

I have spoke to store manager and told him to look at this tread , one person complaining isn?t going to do anything , this is a gossip column, and it?s great to share opinions, which is fantastic as long as it doesn?t get personal. I started this tread as I didn?t know if it was just me that thought the store was going downhill, clearly it?s nots and I have emailed head office quoting this tread , hoping they will look into store :).I will update on reply if I receive one . Happy Shopping -
My daughter?s boyfriend?s car window was smashed last night. Only noticed this morning at 9am, did any one see or hear anything? Or any other car break ins. Smashed two of the windows but only taken a pair of trainers from the back.

Glad it?s not just me , I?m a carer and half the things I need to get are rarely there even though Sainsbury?s own .agree about lighting. I enquired about getting a loaf of bread without that days date on and was told we don?t reduce until tonight, I just wanted a loaf with at least a couple of days on and they didn?t have one 😩
