I did install some glass splashbacks in several kitchens. Usually I bought them from B&Q or IKEA http://www.diy.com/nav/rooms/kitchens/kitchen-splashbacks/glassy_splashbacks/IT-Kitchens-Splashback-Glass-Black-H-750-x-W-600mm-9321001 It is very easy to install them on the wall as you have only to drill 4 holes and use provided screws/caps. It is good idea to paint the wall before you fit the glass panels as you can get very nice color effects. Have a look at the attached photo - we did paint the wall grey before the splashbacks were fitted. Also you can buy special stainless steel power sockets which are installed under the kitchen top units to avoid any holes in your glass panels. btw aslo Currys do them quite cheap now: http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/built-in-appliances/built-in-cooking/hoods-splashbacks/splashbacks/sandstrom-s90spgw13-glass-splashback-21363738-pdt.html (no need to use screws with them)

If it is an Iphone than you can easily swap the screen on your own. I did it last week myself after my screen was damaged. I used this video tutorial: I bought the new screen replacement kit from Ebay for ?19 including delivery :-)

you have to contact your gas supplier for a quote. They will send someone to have a look and estimate your job. It could cost you 'as little' as ?200-?300 but I know some people who paid more than ?1000 for gas meter moving. I'm just finishing my gas safety course/portfolio and need 3 more gas inspections, including a gas fire to complete my gas portfolio.
