  2. flappers Wrote: infact how about We Can't Dance by Genesis the whole album . in all it's glory especially Fading Lights , their glorious 8 minute swansong and a nod back to their prog glory days . :) THANK YOU! You have just reminded me of a great "TLS" phase when I went out with a Kenyan Woman, and thus met her Sister, best friend, cousins, friends, friends of cousins etc... She settled (and introduced me to) Earls Court and it was a verypleasant period and this Album was her favourite and soon became a great love of mine, particularly "Fading Lights"(turn the lights OUT to listen) . The whole Album was excellent. Shame she left me for a married German Banker and moved to Zurich in around Late 1990's:-$ but it was good while it lasted!:)-D "No Son of Mine" ? 6:40 EXCELLENT "Jesus He Knows Me" ? 4:16 EXCELLENT "Driving the Last Spike" ? 10:08 Good "I Can't Dance" ? 4:01 Good "Never a Time" ? 3:50 Very Good "Dreaming While You Sleep" ? 7:16 Good "Tell Me Why" ? 4:58 EXCELLENT "Living Forever" ? 5:41 Very Good "Hold on My Heart" ? 4:38 EXCELLENT "Way of the World" ? 5:37 EXCELLENT "Since I Lost You" ? 4:09 Very Good "Fading Lights FIRST CLASS!! 11. PeckhamRose Wrote: Were they related? If so I am sorry for Armando's loss. Are you saying they were related PeckhamRose? I may be wrong but I very much doubt it as Antonio was The Archbishop Of Pescara-Penne and Armando is a Scottish Writer,Performer,Director and Producer, although you never know.

  14. ...but he was so much more than an ordinary "Priest" Sir David. For example he became the Titular bishop of Hadriania from 1955 - 1959. Sometimes Men of the Cloth reach out and touch us all in such multifarius ways.::o Distance is no objective and most certainly there HAVE been times when I believe that I HAVE benefitted from some form of "Divine Intervention". I cannot say for sure whether Antonio has ever been the Architect of such intervention. He will be solely missed, especially in or near Hadriana,I would expect.
  15. You Angel You - Manfred Mann
  16. He brought great joy to the lives of so many so it is particularly sad,I feel.
  17. I regret that I have to inform you today of the death of Antonio Iannucci. I never even realised that he was ill. Antonio Iannucci. R.I.P.

  21. ...or the time I saw a "vision in pink" across from my office in Bouverie Street and saw Paula Yates( unknown then) with legs wide open on the desk (sans knickers or indeed any other....:). She was probably 17/18. A memory I will take to my grave..:)) That was indeed a Hard Time as this thread suggested....
  22. Any paper that continually keeps abreast of the times is all right by me:'( Did I ever tell the Forum about the time I left Fleet Street and got the tube at Blackfriars only to be positioned on the train directly above the fine form of Sammy Fox,who was seated below me at the time.B)
  23. Is that about Napoleon's Partner or The Iron Curtain or High Finance or Horse Racing or The Advertising Industry? I'm (virtually) certain its one of the five...
  24. *Bob* Wrote: Has anyone seen the new 'Sun' campaign? http://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/file.php?2 0,file=2056 The Sun is responding to recent criticism from the Broad Sheets in its latest campaign by countering with their own criticism of them. Personally,I'm not sure whether these "Tit-For-Tat" tactics will work.
