  1. Where its NOT "all at" is consistently spelling "arguement" with an "e" that does not exist. The verb is, obviously, to "argue" but the "e" is dropped when it comes to using the word: argument. p.s. Can you reproduce your comment about my male appendage as the Subject interests me.

I think you can assume that my post from the 1st letter to the final full stop was,er, in "mirth"...:)-D

  5. I know its not totally relevant but allow me to say, that I want World Peace and believe we should all give as much as possible to Charidee, or, at least, to your local Scientology Cell.

  8. Any more of this and I shall buy the correct equipment and inflict on you my photos of my 4 beautiful West Highland Terriers from my phone pics.
  9. My heart filled with joy when I saw there was going to be a new Forum on the EDF,seriously moderated, quite rightly, by a Chairperson. Lets be clear here, the Drawing Room(DR) is for serious people who like to discuss serious issues, moderated seriously by a Chairperson.. It is not a place for trivia, diversion and most certainly NOT mirth. In my opinion there's far too much "mirth" in life, generally, and most certainly on EDF at times. In life, as in the EDF, we need more discipline and that discipline should start on The Drawing Room. If some don't like the strict regime there then they should try living in The Taliban or sign up for National Service. All forums should have an equivalent of a serious space, which should be moderated, rigidly, by a Chairperson. More Chairpeople moderating more Sites, more seriously, can only make the World a more serious and thus better place imdo. In conclusion, there's plenty of places for mirth, but the EDF DR is not one of them. If someone doesn't like The "DR" they should be removed forcibly, if necessary, by one of these Chairpeople.
  10. Morning Messieur Le Wolf. Any thoughts as to where I can earn a lil "minky" this morning as I've 3 hours to spare b4 getting the riverboat into Lahndon Tawn ( get off mi barra)?:-$ I wanna get away from this gambling malarkey ( that I've made a profit on, every year since 1983 ):))

  13. Well 3 seperate posts have had a reply on them already today, which is not always the case. Went to go on there the other day when I read that "Admin was in a bad mood" so I got the hell out of there as fast as my little tootsies would take me...

Is that why so many of some of the young Ladies "friends" have super-duper motors and have never even been a White Van driver for a day? I thought they all came from The Aristocracy and didn't need to work! ...but the late night phone calls...and the comment ( only last week) to a friend "Are you going to give me the money instead" when he didn't come round to her yard at 1.00AM as arranged for a "booty call"( because he had to go somewhere), and she was "pissed" with him, accordingly, DOES make sense, I must admit... Poor girl was frustrated as she had plans for him to stay the night...still "business is business"....

Like my friends' "friend" he's got a lovely BMW and another friends' has a Porsche, top-of-the-range, don't cha know...they both say neither of these 20-somethings have ever done a days work in their lives but often have to go out late at night after receiving a phone call...B)
  16. wrighty supported the Irons as a kid FACT "Ian Edward Wright, as any biography will tell you, was born on 3 November 1963, in Woolwich, London. More than likely, those same biographies will tell you that he started his football career belatedly, 1985 to be precise. MILLWALL , the club Ian has supported since childhood, ignored his talents, then Brighton & Hove Albion also turned him down in 1983...." As I was saying...B)

Plenty of decent pubs in the heart of South London ( Inner). I never even park in a multi-storey as they seem "didgy" to use my friends vernacular. WELL didgy, in fact. Edited for f.p.purposes..
  18. Good, down-to-earth geezer unlike that 'orrible Women-hating, Ethnic-Minority loathing Matthew Wright....
  19. Sounds like a Paradise....like the old multi-storey tower blocks with their dimly-lit corridors and hidden nooks and grannies...indeed one of my grannies is probably still there, buried amidst the long-discarded needles between the 7th and 8th Floors...

Well we've established that you are not a "fecking" detective! ( Hope you do not mind me using the vernacular that you seem so fond of)... Firstly SteveT initiated the "Wogan" thread followed by Mick Mac starting the "Dead at 44" thread followed by SteveT (again) beginning the Keith Waterhouse thread...other than that you are fecking well right me old mucker.... p.s. Unless you are suggesting that I am either SteveT ( same age group, coud be true) or Mick Mac ( younger and prettier)..

  22. On the day that World Mens Number 2, Andy Murray, got thrashed by the Number 16 Seed, I made the ridiculous mistake of thinking The Womens Quarter-Final between Ms Williams/Ms Pennetta would be remotely competitive.. Williams just brushed her aside that swotting a fly....:X
  23. In the words of the great Peter Cook: "Its just that it could confuse a stupid person"... Now as you brought in "gender" could you purleese ( as a Woman) have the last word so I can beat on the Serena Williams/Peennetta USA Womens Quarter-Final now live on Sky...:) Thats "bet" NOT "beat"....see how easy it is to make a typo..B)
