  1. I am happy to announce there is a new Metafit class on a Monday. Due to the popularity of the class and work often getting in the way, there are now two classes on a Monday night 7:30 and 8:10. Metafit - it is a high intensity interval training class which uses your own body weight as resistance. The difference with this class to others offered is that it's only 30 minutes long but offers the same benefit of 60 minutes steady state exercise. As the nights are getting shorter and the weather becomes colder now is the perfect time to try something new. Metafit will help you loose body fat, increasing muscle tone and boost your metabolic rate.   7. Hi Helen, I run two excercise classes on a Monday and Thursday in Dulwich Constituional Hall. On a Monday night at 7:30pm I run a Metafit class which is 30 minutes long with the benefits of a 60 minute cardio session. Metafit is a high intensity interval class which uses your own bodyweight as resistance. The philosophy I instill in my clients is to train efficiently, eat right and be consistent. Train Efficiently You won't waste time when training, I use exercises which allow to you to get the best training responses and adaptions in the shortest time possible. Eat right Eating right doesn?t have to be boring and it doesn?t have to be restrictive. My objective approach to nutrition allows me to change peoples? lives for the better by changing their long term eating habits. I rely on scientific literature to support my dietary practice and do not subscribe to current trends or fads. Be Consistent Being consistent with your training and diet is the final step to achieving the best you. Changing your training plan and diet in the short term is a simple task, but instilling this motivation and self-discipline for the long run is where I can help. I am level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, I am also in the process of completing my masters in Applied Sports Nutrition and becoming a UKSCA Strength and Conditioning Coach. This allows me to have a deeper understanding of what it takes to be fit and healthy over your average PT. I offer one to one sessions and group training (maximum 4 people).
