there are 6 to 8 wheelie bins at the end of Matham Grove before you get to Lordship Lane. They are for the indian restaurant Pistaccio Club and several other shops / flats. The problem is they are overflowing mostly with discarded indian food. The result is that the end of the road is smelly with food debris on pavement and vermin has been seen there. Does anyone know how we get the restaurant/council to clean it up, restrict the time that rubbish can be put out? any help/ suggestions appreciated thanks

went in there last tuesday had one look at unimpressive menu (surely they must now what the local competition is like). We ended up in the Herne 2 minute walk away which in comparison is light years away from the offerings at the clockhouse

how about we start producing an 'ed am not a plastic bag' bag . Could be sold in the local shops and good for environment etc

i was chatting to neighbour in matham grove about the house recently, said it was owned by a small housing association. They vacated it but did not turn off supplies such as electricity/ gas . Squatters moved in quickly after. It is a shame cos this house is one of the nicest and largest in road.
