Hi there amy ,just to let you know if your plastering on Friday you wont be able to paint over for at least 3\4 days or until the area is completely dry ,also seal the new plaster first with watered down white emulsion ,if you do attempt to paint over straight away the paint will peel of after a few weeks Cheers Dave plaztercare

As a damp proof plasterer as a rule i don't ask for any monies up front and get payment via online banking when work is complete,if I have a job that's going to last around a week i normally ask for around 25% upfront paid via online banking to cover materials (waterproofer,Dpc materials) with balance paid when contact is finished and client is happy with work Cheers Dave (,plastercare)

Hi there in a damp proof plasterer and when a floor needs self levelling i always use sika floor levelling compound ,just mix with water first ,also seal the floor first with SBR liquid Cheers Dave Plastercare

Arrived at a job today in kirkdale and water pressure reduced ,advised client to fill bath so they have water to flush toilet postponed Job to another day as i need to use loads of water for job
