  1. Not sure the savy chancellor?s dept made life any easier either. IR135 changes literally changed things for the worse. We now get this all the time, people can earn more doing less Labour heavy jobs. https://apple.news/AApt0S1HhQe2andwvjmvwwg

He?s not everyone?s favourite is he. And it looks like they?re trying to wriggle some kind of technicality via the courts in the US. Possibly the most unsavoury situation the RF have found themselves in for a long time, and a difficult one too. In the death they could easily just pay her off, but then the other side will splash that in some way. Even if her lawyers said ? we?re dropping the case? there?s the obvious suspicion that they?ve been paid off/ settled by the RF. Yet if he continues to fight it, then the stench just gets worse. So ultimately it?s drip drip corrosive on the monarchy?s rep.

After much hide-&-seek things are heating up for our Andy So given this whole thing isn?t going to go away, shouldn?t ?they? just pay her off and get this over with? How they didn?t do this in the first place, we?ll never know. I suppose arrogance and the word of a Prince against a regular person was deemed defence enough, but she?s turned out to be somewhat more tenacious than HRH had bargained for. Then that interview with Emily Matis pretty well put Andy deeper in the firing line (honestly, what the fcuk was he thinking) and doubt has been cast over his version of things. Lastly, he?s not doing the whole ?monarchy? thing much good. Option B. https://apple.news/A8RNgtHhzQnGAAASnKTUnKA

Yes but?? surely you?ve missed the crown mark on your ?pint?? I don?t know how many times I?ve had to rephrase my order because the bar staff only understood ?I?ll have 568ml please? This makes the whole thing a whole lot clearer?🤔 In the United Kingdom, the imperial pint is the mandatory base unit for draught beer and cider.[4] Milk sold in returnable containers (such as glass bottles) may be sold by the pint alone and other goods may be sold by the pint if the equivalent metric measure is also given. Since the majority of countries in the world no longer use American or British imperial units, and most are non-English speaking, a "pint of beer" served in a tavern outside the United Kingdom and the United States may be measured by other standards. In Commonwealth countries it may be a British imperial pint of 568 ml, in countries serving large numbers of American tourists it might be a US liquid pint of 473 ml, in many metric countries it is a half-litre of 500 ml, or in some places it is another measure reflecting national and local laws and customs.[5] Historically, units called a pint (or the equivalent in the local language) were used across much of Europe, with values varying between countries from less than half a litre to over one litre. Within continental Europe, these pints were replaced with liquid measures based on the metric system during the 19th century. The term is still in limited use in parts of France, where "une pinte" means an imperial quart, which is 2 imperial pints, whereas a pint is "une chopine"?and Central Europe, notably some areas of Germany[6] and Switzerland, where "ein Schoppen" is colloquially used for roughly half a litre. In Spanish holiday resorts frequented by British tourists, 'pint' is often taken to mean a beer glass (especially a dimple mug). Half-pint 285 ml, and pint mugs , 570 ml, may therefore be referred to as media jarra ('small jar/jug') and jarra (grande) ('large jar/jug').
  14. There is a glimmer of light upon the upland. Brexit is working out? After becoming prime minister in 2019, he pledged: ?We will bring back that ancient liberty. People understand what a pound of apples is. There will be an era of generosity and tolerance towards traditional measurements.? And?. Pubs will also be allowed to sell pints in glass printed with the crown stamp that was prohibited by EU directives. Time for a lie down I think, but *bangs heart* it was worth it! https://apple.news/ARnEMNuxJTfaWCE47Zlk1uA
  15. Mostly it?s laziness isn?t it really, the word pikey has become synonymous with dodgy and fake (I?ve seen the word used in the style of the NIKE logo) not so much directed at a cultural group, I don?t think. Though I did hear the word ?tinker? the other day, which was a blast from the past. I don?t use it, I don?t like others using it. But it happens. So I keep those type of people at a barge pole distance, and to be fair, you don?t hear this kind of language much in Sevenoaks.

  17. Maybe the flag can be interactive, and have a man & woman holding hands, on top of their nakedness we can stick (like Velcro) interchangeable clothes, like those cut out magazines my sister used to get. Then each character can be ?transvested? to suit. I?d also say we have an outline in stitch of all the London Borough?s with a gold threaded embroidered line of the Thames running through it, on top of this the figures with their interchangeable costumes. Actually, it?d be good to have a few figures as some may wish to have the same gender, seeing as this is about unity and choice. What colour the figures tho? Green, purple, lilac?
