I don't think there was an option of carrycot for the Bee when we bought ours. But I had no issues with the coccon for general travelling around (no car, so we did fair bit of walking with it!) my kids were both 6lbs+, I imagine that smaller babies might be better off in a sling until they don't seem so swamped by the straps though.

We may well be back in the market in a year. Nursery and after school. Happy to discuss.

Can't see the driver's safety issue tbh - if you stood up before the bus has come to a complete stop, then it's six of one/ half dozen of the other. Sh*tty bus journeys always seem to happen to me too when with the kids, so I do feel for you. It'll be believe better in the morning!

Another second timer here! Due towards end of October and my daughter will be turning 2yo this July - would love to come along to a meet-up soon, Am working f/t until August but I'll make myself known again in the summer :) x
