I ended up going to The Clipper on North Cross Road. Decent hair cut, inexpensive, nice decor and free beer. Hooray!

Hello lovely people of East Dulwich, I need a hair cut - can anyone recommend the best barber? Preferably one that's not expensive but are still good. I walked past a man asleep in a Van parked next to the worlingham rd bottle spot this morning. Looked like he'd spent the night there. Strong possibility it's him!

I clocked these bad boys today on Worlingham Road. Maybe they contain juice from a local sports club, kids football team or something and somebody's decided to provoke thought by dumping the surplus in an unusual way.

Hello, Can anybody offer any insight into what's on and worth experiencing this Hogmanay in ED? Ideally something low key that isn't ticketed / paid entry. Really just looking for a nice pub to enjoy a few cheekies in.

I was in the Gowlett last night and there were a few Peckham Hipsters around. Some of them look like they've gone through their Grandparent's Wardrobe with a blindfold on.

The Jolly Woodman is a cool pub.... if that's your thing. I also kind of rate the George which is in the middle of the High Street. It's not the snazziest pub in the world but it's got a decent Garden to enjoy your summertime boozing in.

I think the moral of the story is - if you're going to add a significant mark up to something that you sell as well as conduct yourself in a way that's perceived to be unfriendly... then that's not cool. I'm glad that the shop's doing good business and bear no grudge against anyone wishing to go there and buy cheese.

Not feeling it I'm afraid. Always willing to pay a bit extra for the right ingredient(s) but bad vibes from man vs overpriced goods isn't really my bag.

I had to peg it out of here today after they tried to charge me ?6 for a small bit Cheddar. The man in there isn't very polite either. Respect for their selection of food but it's ridiculously overpriced.
