  1. There's also Little Fingers Montessori on Burbage Road.
  2. Avoid milk and other dairy products - these can really feed any bugs that remain in the gut.
  3. All the above seems good advice, the only other thing I would suggest is sitting the baby on your lap and holding his chin in your hand so that you hold his head up as you are rubbing his back. That definitely helped my babies. Congrats and enjoy - it doesn't last very long and trust me, before you know it they're 19 and don't need you any more!!
  4. http://www.southwark.gov.uk/YourServices/environment/AnimalWelfare/dogfouling.html What can we all do about dog fouling? Report it! Please report any dog fouling incidents to us by filling in a street cleaning request or calling 020 7525 5777 020 7525 5777 . What does Southwark Council do about dog fouling? Cleaning and removal We receive approximately 50 complaints about dog fouling each month. We aim to clean and remove dog fouling within 4 hours of it being reported to us. A dedicated clinical waste vehicle is used for this service.
  5. You can also try lots of any conditioner and use the comb with the conditioner in the hair. The eggs and the lice just slide off the hair into the comb. Wipe the comb on a piece of kitchen paper. I did my children's hair regularly like this and it kept us all nit free during their school years.
  6. After all the discussion on here about school places and waiting lists, how was your child's first day at school? Did they say anything amusing about what they did? I was delighted when I heard a little boy on his way to Goose Green for his first day say to his dad, 'I will miss you today and I'm going to be as nice as I can'.
  7. He was visiting the Wildlife Garden in Marsden Road, part of a youth volunteer scheme so that they can get their Oyster Cards back.
  8. We have just installed pigeon spikes and so has our neighbour and that seems to have worked. We got them from a company on the internet called pigeonstop.co.uk but if you Google 'pigeon spikes' there are loads of companies that sell them. They were quite easy to install - we did it ourselves. Good luck!
