  1. Come to London Wildlife Trust?s beautiful Centre for Wildlife Gardening for a day of free activities and games in the sunshine. Activities on offer include crafts, pond-dipping, bug-hunting, and scavenger hunts. There will also be the chance to have your say on activities and workshops using our 'Workshop for Wildlife' which is due to be refurbished over August and September. We will be holding a fancy dress competition ? the theme is ?Garden Wildlife?, we?re looking forward to seeing your ideas!   2. Sun, 28/06/2015 - 10:00am - 5:00pm There are four ponds at the Centre for Wildlife Gardening and all are full of fascinating creatures. Come and see what you can find and learn more about pond life through watery wildlife-themed crafts, games and activities! The course is free and suitable for families with children of all ages.   3. Come 'Up the Garden Path' and join us at the Centre for Wildlife Gardening for free family sessions for you and your under fives about the wildlife in your garden. Learn with your young ones about exploring and growing in the garden together and gets lots of activity ideas to try out at home.   5. Join us this Easter holiday for family crafts and activities on the theme of Trees, Seeds and Weeds. Take inspiration from the plants around you and learn to make amazing mosaics in this free two-day family course. While your grout dries out learn all about trees, weeds and seeds and maybe have a go at planting a few of your own seeds. This course gives a chance to learn as family about ways to interact with the outdoors and the natural world and will hopefully give you lots of ideas to try out at home!   6. Bring your wellies and learn about Marvellous Mammals at the Centre for Wildlife Gardening (28 Marsden Road, SE15 4EE) today! Learn to track animals, make mammal badges and find out about the kind of homes our furry friends live in. Activities run from 10am - 5pm today!
  7. What does a hedgehog eat? Why are there so many foxes in London? Join us at the Centre for Wildlife Gardening to learn more about our furry friends! These free family sessions are an opportunity to learn about some of London?s most beloved species, through fun-filled games, crafts and activities.   8. Come to the Centre for Wildlife Gardening on 15th March between 11am and 4pm for a fun filled open day of frog, pond and amphibian activities. There will be chances to make frog masks and feet, have a go at some pond-dipping and follow a fact-finding frog trail. Our bee-keeper will be on hand with local hand-made honey products, staff and volunteers will be giving out tips on creating the perfect wildlife pond and refreshments (cake!) will available for a small donation.
  9. Sunday 30/11/2014 - 11:00am - 4:00pm Join London Wildlife Trust for a celebration of the wonders of winter woodland! Take part in tree and seed games and crafts! You?ll learn how to identify trees in winter, listen to tree tales and join in with tree dressing. This is a fantastic event suitable for all the family, and with local produce and seeds available a great chance to understand the local area.
