Ha. Caught one of the buggers parked on some double yellows (as well as dangerously). Does it matter that he was sat in the car? Does that mean it wasn't 'parked'? Who should I send this to? So many questions.... Edited to have the photo showing in the post

That might explain the Audi that was parked outside my house the other week with it's lights knocked out. I assumed it had been dumped
