  1. I'm sure it wasn't.. the 'lady' in question will know exactly who she is, she barely spoke to me, just laugh at me for a couple of minutes while I got my coat and left.

  2. Hi Sean, no it was one of the ladies that just laughed at me.

I'm looking forward to the photos, might help me to put some names to faces.

  4. Well you sound perfect for me, they were always meant to be together and then we wouldn't have had to go through the follow up episode.

I like Miles from This Life, I like to think we're similar only I'm better looking but less arogant ;-)

  6. I don't recall meeting you, but I did meet a lot of people. Maybe I was given your real name?

Most people seem to have remembered me from this thread.

There will be a photo of me up.

  9. :)) My mate J4mes has just become single and he is rather a catch, I'll get him along to the next one.

As commented by someone else, its hard to speak to everyone although I would have liked to, so having built a base talking to a few people I now look forward to the chance of speaking to more.

  10. A quick thanks to Ladygooner for looking after me, and to everyone I chatted too. It was a good night.

Having spoken to my friends there are 4 or more that want to come to the next one, a couple are board members already and I think the others may join.

I've been away this weekend, hence me not being on the thread.

To everyone who has asked, yes, there were some pretty ladies present.

Mockeny Piers, dont worry fella it wasnt you, I quite enjoyed out chat, looking forward to carrying it on sometime soon.

Mr Ben was quite right that the night wasnt one bit cliquey, a very friendly and inviting crowd.

  11. In case you missed my post on the other thread..

'That was a good night, I'm amazed by the turn out, looks like the board must be popular. I was more surprised by the number of people that told me they'd only come along to meet me, I didn't realise I'd created such interest.

The people were much as I expected, a complete cross section. Some very friendly that I'd like to see again, some normal people and one utter @#$%& who just stood and laughed at me - very polite.'

Thinking more, it wasnt the easiest enviroment to chat as the music was up loud (something I have trouble with) through no fault of the organisers.

Having told my mates of my experience, there are 4 or more than want to come along to the next drinks and maybe the curry club, a couple use the forum and a couple dont. More new meat for you all :)

I havent defined my taste at all and you have decided you arent good enough for me. That really saddens me.
