Thought I should contribute back to EDF with a recommendation for man and van. Alex (and partner) is professional, hard working, and responsive. Ditto on Clive being very responsive, professional and honest. He came around same day to check out a problem with my washing machine and complicated plumbing connection. It turned out to be a non-issue. He gave me lots of free advice and wouldn't take payment for his time spent investigating the issue.
