  1. Can anyone recommend any books on dealing with probate? I'm an executor and as I had POA before, I think I am well informed as to the assets but not sure exactly what I have to do - and Im sure the law changes so much in terms of tax etc I'd like to buy just one book to help me through this. ( were not talking a lot here ). Thanks.

  9. I met someone whose son did work experience in a cafe or shop, then got summer and weekend job there. I thought that was a brilliant use of first work experience.

  20. I wondered how to find out the regulations on plumbing work in terms of insulation? The plumber at my dads house in Norfolk has done some new pipework in the cellar and the pipes aren't insulated. I don't know if this is correct. I didnt specify - anyone know how to check if there is a regulation for this? Thanks

  23. I seem to have come to pollen allergies late in life, on top of becoming asthmatic at age 30. I have just realised that sleeping with the windows open makes allergies much worse. Has anyone invested in one of those electric machines that filter the air and cool the room at the same time -some are very expensive. ? Any advice welcome
