    I stopped and bought an ice cream this morning, there was no queue, there was no one else in the shop and it was a free ice cream for NHS workers. If alcohol is essential, I think Ice cream should be too.

    These seem to be littered on roads and pavements. Where should they be discarded? I dont have 2 metre long arms so I have not picked them up , but if I did where would I put them? A litter bin on the street? Anyone any idea?

    ithink if you feel like that you could try using something like strava, (and not share it), and then see if you can improve your times/ distances.

    Anyone else lost a little bit of weight?? Im exercising a lot less but limited access to food has been good for me. Especially as its easier to get fresh fruit and veg.than to buy bread and cakes.

    On the plus side of you know what, I've finally learnt the names of my not immediate neighbours. The ones I chat to as they pass me gardening , but can never really identify their address. This will be a good thing when we come out the other side . Please share your positives.

    Sainsburys always charge more in their local branches. As so Tesco.

    we went at 8am, we always do, definitely more people there than usual. You have to move from others as they won't move for you -unless running at you -to get the social distance . I suggest going as early as you can- I imagine it got much busier later.

    The Deliveroo jacket comes free with the job.you don't have to return it. Wearing a Deliveroo jacket does not mean you are a Deliveroo delivery person.

    those triangular pillows are often for sale here as triangular breastfeeding pillows. They are really good. Another option is to attach a headboard to the wall under the window.

    We were told there would be 3 weeks written notice of charges in Dulwich Park.it has been less than 2 weeks. They must put up more bicycle parking in a safe area that is overlooked.
