  1. aah lest you think i'm a shriking violet i've already attempted to engage in lively discourse with the offender only to be met with a colourful tirade of 'rather foul' languade - and he carries nunchucks (sp?) thanks anyway all
  2. but when car 2 is there the cone vanishes and I can't trespass to put it on car 1 really now can I?
  3. OK hope this is slightly clearer to all......as I've just been past again to check my facts. There is a dropped kerb leading from his private driveway onto the road - so this is never blocked. The first car is parked on this private driveway 90 per cent of the time. The second car is parked further along from the dropped kerb where there is just a 'normal' road/kerb ratio going on. This is the piece of road where the offending cone is placed when second car is being used to take crapping mutt to the park to infest public pathways.
  4. plus he lets his dog s**t all over public pathways
  5. Can anyone advise me whether the following is legal? A neighbour has two cars. One is parked on his drive. The second is parked on the road directly outside his property. When the second car is not there a traffic cone is put in its place thereby ensuring that no-one else can use this stretch of road to park. The council have been extraordinarily unhelpful and told me to ask the police. Ridiculous as this is clearly NOT a police matter. Can anyone help?
  6. The carrot, apple and ginger juice I had there was great but ridiculously expensive as the (not very big) glass was only 2/3 full.It cost just short of three quid!!!! There's a juice bar in St.Christopher's Place just off Bond St tube and their juices aren't that expensive.
  7. The call has been put into the council. I've been given a reference number and informed that I will be contacted by the anti-social behaviour unit within five days. Let's see how we get on.....
  8. Sheepish? Are we talking about the same man? Maybe he reads the EDF and realising there's joined up thinking about him and his crapping mutt is trying to be a good citizen in 2009 but somehow I very much doubt it. I've found out where he lives and will be calling the council this week aswell as the good people at Dulwich Park where my particular run in with him occured. I don't do vendettas but I feel so strongly about this particular issue - it really offends me and then to see it happen infront of your eyes and the 'culprit' behave as if it's just one of those things..... I will report back soon.
  9. I've had a run in with him - nutter man with mangey Spaniel. A friend's child is now blind thanks to irresponsible dog owners and when I saw him nonchalantly strolling along paying no attention to the crapping mutt I saw red especially as my dog mad toddler was close by. I had a word which escalated into a shouting match after he swore at me. So I reported him to the park attendants in Dulwich Park. I'm sure it's done no good but I can't wait to find out where he lives and get a retrospective fine slapped on him - BRING IT ON!!!!
